Pascha Organic Dark Chocolate *Review

PASCHA CHOCOLATE is a connoisseur of passionately pure organic chocolate. Allergen Free from all major allergens; peanuts, dairy, nuts, soy, eggs, wheat, corn, sesame, and rice. No additives or flavorings, they allow the cocoa itself to be enveloped in each bite. They use the freshest, organic ingredients including; organic sugar, organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter, organic vanilla and more.

A product of Peru, Pascha Chocolate also believe in fair trade, bean to bar process. This means that the entire process of making the chocolate is done in one facility. The same place where the bean goes in.. the chocolate comes out.

I know dark chocolate isn't for everyone, I personally have loved it since I was a child. For those who are aren't fans of dark chocolate,  their Organic Dark Chocolate with Cocoa Nibs knows how to lighten the mood. This will taste more like the milk chocolate version you may be used to. Each 55% cacao bar is crafted from the finest aroma cocoa beans from Peru and blended with crunchy cocoa nibs for a unique taste and texture. Very tasty!

In the 'diet' I am using, they recommend the 85% Cacao products for our 'sweet' treats. The Pasha Chocolate brand is outstanding and I highly recommend it. Also I saw that they carry 85% Organic Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips for baking, something hard to find.

Pascha Chocolate comes in a variety of 3.5 oz bars;
55% Cacao with Goldenberries
55% Cacao with Cocoa Nibs
60% Cacao with Maca
70% Cacao
70% Cacao with Lucuma
70% Cacao with Arabica Coffee
85% Cacao

Each irresistible offering is certified organic, fair trade, kosher, and vegan as well as non-GMO verified

I love dark chocolate and that looks like it would be wonderful. A rich beautiful color. I bet Cacao with Arabica Coffee is also amazing. Thanks for the review.
