  2. I used to do yoga 5-6 days a week until i tore my Achilles tendon. I'm just getting back to it now and hope to eventually get back my balance!

  11. I did yoga for a couple years on and off, then I did pilates for a few years. Haven't done much since my LO was born. I really need to get back into it.

  16. I did hatha yoga almost every day, then prenatal yoga. I am 2 weeks pp, in a week Ill start up with hatha again.

  18. Here in Austin, TX we have free Yoga in the Park on Saturday's through the summer every year. The first yoga class I ever attended was one of these and I was instantly in love! It was the most amazing experience for me. It was so amazing how much it energized me physically and mentally, and how calm and happy it made me. Now, I can't get enough Yoga. Unfortunately, I can't take a class but I do want to start trying it at home on my own.

  20. i've been visiting and supporting the yoga studios in my town and neighboring cities, love the different styles ("hot" yoga is my favorite)...support anything yoga.
