Such a wonderful selection of products from Mountain Rose Herbs! I was asked to review the Facial Scrub.

Product Information:
Our Facial Scrub is an excellent deep cleansing exfoliant for treating all skin types, especially beneficial for oily skin and for problems associated with acne. This all natural facial scrub will help tremendously in removing impurities, dirt, contaminants, and excess oil. May either be used as a facial scrub or as a facial mask. Simple to use - add spring water or an herbal infusion, apply to the face, and gently rinse off. Your skin will feel softer, cleaner, and refreshed!
Contains: French Green Clay, organic ground Almonds, organic Oat Bran and a blend of skin toning essential oils.

It was a thorough exfoliant  as I mixed a small amount of water with the powder to make a mask and left it on for a few minutes. It was similar to doing a mud mask. I then washed it all off and could tell that my pours had been well cleaned out. As with any exfoliant you will want to use a good moisturizer after. The facial scrub is meant to clean, not moisturize. I didn't think about it ahead of time that I would have to mix the powder in something with the water, so note to self to have a small dish near by available for mixing. A petri dish if you will. Nice earthy scents with herbs visible in the product. Something so refreshing about using a natural product like this facial scrub.

Mountain Rose Herbs sent me an extra Facial Scrub to share with one of my readers!!
