Sla-Dust World's Finest Wool Dust Mop Review

Sladust
Slack Mop Company

The Slack Dust Mop Company is a family owned business now in its fourth generation. Taking wool from American sources and assembling the Sladust mop in their Vermont facility.

The natural lanolin in the wool draws the dust to the mop without the need for using harmful chemicals. A unique dusting tool that utilizes nature to combat dust particles. Now that is Eco-friendly!

In the dry mop line they have a variety of sizes from the Baby Wooly which dusts an 11 by 9 sweep to the Corridor Mop measuring an 11 by 40 sweep. All sizes in between for your hard wood, marble, laminate and other floors. http://www.sla-dust.com/index_drymops.htm

They also have hand dusters for those hard to reach lights, fans, and mini blinds. http://www.sla-dust.com/index_handdusters.htm

We have hard wood floors throughout the house and with 6 kiddos and pets we have dust collect daily. I love using my dust mop to do a quick run through of the floors in high traffic area. Takes minimal time, and the dust is immediately attracted to the wool and cleans. I love the naturalness of not having to spray any kind of chemical on my floors in order for them to shine again. So easy my youngest can handle it!
Look at all the places you can dust with ease..

Sla-Dust is giving one of my readers the Big Wooly during the Green Spring Clean Event!!
That is the same mop I was given in exchange for an honest review. Be sure to check out the Green Spring Clean Event for your chance to win!!

  15. Hello, all.

I grew up in a home with 2000-ft sq of oak flooring and we had what we referred to as a "janitor's broom" with which to sweep the floors (actually, we had two). When I moved out, I successively moved into several homes which all had hardwood floors, and my folks were kind enough to give me the spare "janitor's broom" they had on-hand. Years later -- for unavoidable work reasons -- I had to move across the country where, if you're not in bedrooms (or maybe the living room!), you're saddled with tile. So, somehow, somewhere my janitor's broom went by the wayside, although I've no recollection whatsoever where or to to whom it went.

After seven very long years, I am finally back home and find myself in a very large home that is entirely floored with Bamboo. I have done my level best to find a replacement for my janitor's broom, and the Slack Dust Mop is the closest I have come (while it is a far cry from my original).

To get to the meat of my issue, by all available accounts, the site is discontinued! ARGH!

Can you all provide for me a way -- ANY WAY -- by which to access the "Shop Online," &c links via http://www.sla-dust.com/products.htm? Or, to get one of these brooms? It's the closest thing I have been able to find to my old janitor's broom!

I would appreciate you all's support tremendously.

    Thanks and kind regards
